By purchasing and using these products, you acknowledge that Customize My Party is not responsible for any injuries, misuse, or allergic reactions related to the items included.

All snacks included in our party favors are pre-packaged and manufactured by their respective brands. We do not alter or produce the food items.

Please review all ingredient labels on each product for nutritional information and potential allergens, as we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary concerns.

Our products may contain small items and are not suitable for young children without adult supervision due to possible choking hazards.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹:
For items requiring a photo or name, we send a digital proof to your email. Please review your proof carefully. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for spelling errors or photo quality issues that were present in the approved design. Delayed approval may affect your delivery time.

𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳:
We will send you a digital proof of your design via email within 2 days.

𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹:
Please keep an eye on your inbox! Once you approve the design, I’ll head straight to production. If you paid with apple pay, please message us your email.

Your custom party favor will be carefully packaged and shipped to your door, ready for the big day!

📦 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 (𝗨𝗣𝗦)
At CustomizeMyParty, we want your celebration essentials to arrive safely and on time! We primarily use UPS to ensure reliable tracking and handling for your custom orders.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to design and create your custom items before they are shipped.

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱:
We ship via UPS 3 Day (typically 3-4 business days) unless an upgrade is selected at checkout.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴:
Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number to your email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆:
Please double-check your shipping address! We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot be held responsible for delays or miss deliveries due to incorrect information.

𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀 & 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀:
While we hand-off your packages to UPS with care, CustomizeMyPartyCo is not responsible for UPS weather delays or lost packages once they leave our studio. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can file a claim. If a refund is issued, we have to wait until the claim is complete.

𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 & 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for your event, we have a strict refund policy:

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items (such as cups, custom banners, or name-specific decor) unless the error was made on our part.

𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀/𝗘𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿𝘀:
If we made a mistake (misspelling, or incorrect item), please message us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund for the error. We may request an item return to inspect prior to refunding order.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
You may request a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase. Once design work has begun or the item has been printed, we can no longer cancel the order.
