Refund policy

At Customize My Party, each item is made especially for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:
𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀
All personalized items (including cups, banners, party favors, and name-specific designs) are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before placing your order. Customize My Party is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿𝘀
If an error was made on our end (such as misspelling, incorrect design, or wrong item), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To process your claim, we may request:
- Clear photos of the item
- Return of the product for inspection (if necessary)

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues once your order has been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
